Laifen offers a 2-year limited warranty for the Swift Premium hair dryer. Within 2-year from the date of purchase, if your product fails to function properly due to material or workmanship defects, we will provide repair or replacement services. Please note that depending on the availability of stock, the replacement unit may come in a different color or be an equivalent model. Warranty is only valid in the country or region of purchase.

Are Swift Premium hair dryers dual voltage?

Please note that all Laifen hair dryers are not dual voltage. The voltage cannot switch between 110V & 220V, even with an adapter.

What's the difference between each hair dryer?

The time it takes to dry depends on your hair type. For shorter hair you can reach fully dry in as little as 2-3 minutes. If you have longer hair (shoulders & down) it typically takes around 5-12 minutes for a complete dry. If you decide to dry your hair using our diffuser attachment it can take 10-15 minutes.
