Warranty description
SHUYE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED ("Laifen") offers a limited Warranty for all Laifen machines. All Laifen hair dryers (except the Laifen SE Lite) are covered by our 2-year parts and labor warranty. Laifen electric toothbrushes and the Laifen SE Lite hair dryer are covered by our 1-year parts and labor warranty. The product shall be purchased originally from Laifen and free of defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship. Laifen reserves the right to update, amend, and/or revise the terms of this warranty. Warranty is only valid in the country or region of purchase.
The following situations are not covered:
- Product was purchased through an unauthorized reseller.
- The warranty has expired.
- No proof of purchase can be provided.
- Product was repaired through unofficial channels.
- Product was damaged during operations not in accordance with the Laifen user manual.
- Damage caused by any misuse or accident.
- Product was damaged due to normal wear and tear.
We encourage our customers to carefully review the warranty policy and provide evidence of purchase to take full advantage of this limited warranty.
