Laifen offers a 1-year limited warranty for both the Laifen electric toothbrush and its magnetic charging cable. Within one year from the date of purchase, if your product fails to function properly due to material or workmanship defects, we will provide repair or replacement services. The Laifen Wave toothbrush has an IPX7 waterproof rating. This IPX7 rating signifies that the product can stay submerged in water up to 1 meter deep for up to 30 minutes.

The motor parameters and functional design of the brushes are identical, meaning the user experience across all models is the same. However, the feel and texture of the brushes differ due to the materials used. Additionally, the Stainless Steel and Aluminum Alloy models come with transparent brush heads, whereas the ABS models have opaque brush heads.
